ph956 Terms & Conditions

By accessing ph956.club, creating an account, or placing any wager on the ph956 platform, you ("User", "Player", "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on ph956.club (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the ph956 platform and close your account. Continued use of ph956 following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiplier applied to Bonus Funds specifying the total betting volume required before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.

• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and oversees ph956's operations.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct defined as prohibited in Section 8 of this Agreement.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond ph956's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, network failures, or cyber attacks.

To register and maintain an active ph956 Account, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in online gambling activities under PAGCOR's regulatory framework in the Philippines. ph956 strictly enforces this requirement and conducts mandatory age verification on all accounts.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) with legal capacity to enter binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing ph956 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of ph956, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not under a self-exclusion agreement with ph956 or any other gaming operator in the Philippines.
• You will register using accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. Providing false registration information, including a false date of birth to circumvent age verification, constitutes immediate grounds for account closure and fund forfeiture.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on ph956 at any time. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same person, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or verified identity will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

ph956 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph956 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ph956 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

• You must notify ph956 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to, or suspicious activity on, your Account.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.
• You are responsible for all wagers and transactions made through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until ph956 is notified of any unauthorized access.
• You must ensure that your Account information (including your registered mobile number and email address) remains current and accurate at all times.
• ph956 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account to another person.

All financial transactions on ph956 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). ph956 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels.

ph956 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request, and in any case where cumulative withdrawals exceed applicable thresholds under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending the completion of such verification.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit to the Account, or to a verified account held in the same name as the ph956 Account holder.
• ph956 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in a name other than the registered Account holder's name, or to payment methods not associated with the Account.
• ph956 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if fraudulent activity, Prohibited Activity, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Any bank fees, e-wallet fees, or transfer charges imposed by the payment provider are the responsibility of the Account holder unless ph956 expressly states otherwise.

ph956 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, and tournament prizes ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to these General Terms and to the specific terms and conditions accompanying each Promotion.

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds prior to meeting wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal.
• ph956 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what contribution rate. Live casino games and slots may have different contribution percentages.
• Players who ph956 reasonably determines are opening accounts or making deposits for the primary purpose of claiming bonuses without genuine gaming intent ("bonus abuse") may have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.
• ph956 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time, subject to reasonable notice where practicable.
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per qualifying transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

• Bets placed in error, or placed after the official close of a betting round or event, are void and will be returned to the Account Balance at ph956's discretion.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game, ph956 will resolve the round in accordance with the game provider's published technical fault procedures. The outcome of any round that cannot be conclusively determined due to a technical fault will be voided.
• Sports betting odds and lines are subject to change at any time before an event commences. ph956 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where results are subject to integrity concerns.
• ph956's determination of game results — based on the official game system logs — shall be final and binding in all disputes relating to game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and Account tier. ph956 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph956. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances, as well as reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use ph956.
• Money Laundering: Using ph956 to conceal, transfer, or legitimize proceeds from illegal activity. ph956 complies fully with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing cards in poker or coordinating bets in live casino games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any software that interacts with ph956 in place of a human player.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or unintended platform behavior to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation may be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal with a payment provider without prior notification to and authorization from ph956 support.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using ph956 if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to ph956 by a person under 21 years of age.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one ph956 Account for any purpose.

All content on ph956.club — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the proprietary intellectual property of ph956, its licensors, or content providers, and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph956 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any ph956 content without prior written authorization from ph956.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• ph956 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
• ph956 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of ph956 or from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform.
• ph956's total aggregate liability to you under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds actually deposited by you into your ph956 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
• ph956 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Force Majeure events, or from the actions, omissions, or insolvency of third-party payment providers.

Nothing in this Agreement limits ph956's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

ph956 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspected or confirmed Prohibited Activity, including fraud, collusion, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within specified timeframes.
• Account inactivity. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as inactive. ph956 will provide notice prior to applying any dormancy fee or closing an inactive account.
• At the Account holder's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• Regulatory requirement, court order, or instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.

In the event of Account closure for reasons other than a proven breach of these Terms, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

ph956 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core operational principle, not merely a compliance requirement. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for a minority of players, and ph956 provides tools and resources to help every player maintain control.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account dashboard. Once set, increases to deposit limits take effect only after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: You may set a maximum session duration after which ph956 will log you out automatically.
• Reality Checks: ph956 provides periodic session duration notifications to help you remain aware of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period (ranging from 30 days to permanent) from your Account settings or by contacting ph956 support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access gaming functions on ph956 and will not receive promotional communications.
• 21+ Age Policy: ph956 enforces mandatory age verification on all accounts. The minimum age to use ph956 is 21 years, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

This Agreement and all matters relating to your use of ph956 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of ph956, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through ph956's internal complaints procedure. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's complaints resolution mechanism or to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved dispute.
